To the Board of East Geelong Golf Club, I desire to become a Member of the East Geelong Golf Club and request you enter my name on the Register of Members accordingly and I agree to be bound by your Constitution and By-Laws made thereunder. Membership is for 12 months to be paid either in full or 12 monthly instalments, this is not refundable or transferable.
