DECORATIONS

• Guests are welcome to bring their own decorations or styling items for their event.
• Please negotiate setup and drop off time with staff, to avoid clashing with other events.
• All decorations will need to be removed by guests on the night/day of the function unless otherwise arranged with the venue.

DEPOSIT, PAYMENTS AND CONFIRMATIONS

• Final confirmation of numbers and menu is required one week prior to the event. This number cannot be changed, and costs can’t be amended after this date.
• A $200 deposit is required to secure your function. All events are subject to change prior to payment of this deposit. This deposit will be deducted from the final payment. An invoice will be sent for payment of deposit.
• Full payment is required at the conclusion of the event unless otherwise organised with the venue.
• Cancellation of the function with less than 2 weeks notice will result in the loss of deposit paid.

RULES AND REGULATIONS

• All guests over the age of 18 are required to provide photo ID on request. Guests under the age of 18 may be required to wear a coloured wristband on request.

CATERING

• There is no provision for guests to bring their own food or to self-cater with the exception of a celebration cake.
• All canapes are charged per person.
• Canapes will be served on platters and placed on a central food table.
• Any guests with dietary requirements will be served separately to avoid cross contamination.
• We do take allergies and intolerances seriously; however we cannot guarantee that our kitchen is 100% allergen free.
• If you are selecting from our canape list, we recommend 4-6 selections to ensure guests are well fed. Please contact us for advice if you are unsure.
