We offer a fantastic venue located in central Geelong with full bar facilities, ample parking, privacy and the flexibility to make your function a success.

Clubhouse

Our Clubhouse has floor to ceiling windows with views that overlook the golf course, an open fireplace for winter and air conditioning for summer. Timber panelled walls give a cosy atmosphere alongside Chesterfield lounges and dining areas.

Bar

Our Bar has plenty of old school charm with wood panelling, fireplace, air conditioning and a view over the golf course. The Bar is available to book as a stand alone space, or in conjunction with the Clubhouse for
larger functions. Our Chesterfield lounge can be positioned in the bar upon request.

Deck & Outside Dining

Our outside function spaces allow guests to enjoy the sunshine in the warmer months. Best suited to a casual function, BBQ and Picnic Packages are ideal for these spaces. A portable bar is available on request. The Deck is under cover and we have umbrellas covering the picnic tables

Mercy Cafe

We are very lucky to have one of Geelong’s most unique cafes right on our doorstep. Mercy Cafe is open 7 days a week from 7am – 2pm. Mercy is available to provide space for a picnic function, or perhaps a post wedding
breakfast. Mercy has picnic rugs and the perfect food for a day on the golf course.

Terms & Conditions

Decorations

  • Guests are welcome to bring their own decorations or styling items for their event.
  • Please negotiate set up and drop off time with staff, to avoid clashing with other events.
  • All decorations will need to be removed by guests on the night/day of the function unless otherwise arranged with the venue.

Deposits, Payments & Confirmations

  • Final confirmation of numbers and menu is required one week prior to the event.
  • This number cannot be changed, and costs can’t be amended after this date.A $200 deposit is required to secure your function. All events are subject to change prior to payment of this deposit. This deposit will be deducted from the final payment. An invoice will be sent for payment of deposit.
  • Full payment is required at the conclusion of the event unless otherwise organised with thevenue.
  • Cancellation of the function with less than 2 weeks notice will result in the loss of depositpaid.

Rules & Regulations

  • All guests over the age of 18 are required to provide photo ID on request. Guests under theage of 18 may be required to wear a colored wrist band on request.

Catering

  • There is no provision for guests to bring their own food or to self-cater with the exception of a celebration cake.
  • All canapes are charged per person.
  • Canapes will be served on platters and placed on a central food table.
  • Any guests with dietary requirements will be served separately to avoid cross contamination.
  • We do take allergies and intolerances seriously; however we cannot guarantee that ourkitchen is 100% allergen free.
  • If you are selecting from our canape list, we recommend 4-6 selections to ensure guests arewell fed. Please contact us for advice if you are unsure
