The East Geelong Golf Club is located just a short walk from the Geelong
Waterfront. With a variety of spaces to use and plenty of parking we are
able to host up to 120 guests.
Our clubhouse has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and our staff are
well equipped to make this difficult time as seamless and relaxed as
possible.

Terms & Conditions
Decorations
Guests are welcome to bring their own decorations or styling items for their event.
Please negotiate set up and drop off time with staff, to avoid clashing with other events.
All decorations will need to be removed by guests on the night/day of the function unless
otherwise arranged with the venue.
Payments & Confirmations
Final confirmation of numbers and menu is required 3 days prior to the event, or as close to
this as possible.
Full payment is required at the conclusion of the event unless otherwise organised with the venue.
Rules & Regulations
All guests over the age of 18 are required to provide photo ID on request. Guests under the age of 18 may be required to wear a coloured wrist band on request.
Catering
There is no provision for guests to bring their own food or to self-cater with the exception of a celebration cake.
All canapes are charged per person.
Canapes will be served on platters and placed on a central food table.
Any guests with dietary requirements will be served separately to avoid cross contamination.
We do take allergies and intolerances seriously; however we cannot guarantee that ourkitchen is 100% allergen free.
Please liase with our Events Manager if you are uncertain about how much food is required.
We will let you know the right selections for your guests and for the time of the function.
Music and Accessibility
We will arrange appropriate music to play through our stereo system. If you have a playlist that would like us to play, perhaps some of your loved ones favourites, create a Spotify playlist and make it public so we can access it on the day.
If you would like to display a photo slideshow on our television screen, you can do so by saving photos to a USB that we can access on the day
