100 hole hike for charity

East Geelong pennant stars Sean O'Neill and Ryan Sealey will be playing 100 holes at 13th Beach tomorrow. This marathon golf event raises money for Karingal a not-for-profit organisation established to improve the quality of life for people with a disability.

Mazda Vic Four-Ball Qualifying Continues... 

East Geelong member Lachie Young and playing partner Ryan Reynolds (Portarlington GC) emerged victorious at Kingston Heath today (17 January). The pair combined for a remarkable 46 points and have stormed into the 36-hole state final to be played at Sorrento and The National in March.

The Mazda Victorian Four-Ball Championship kicked off for 2017 with qualifying rounds
at Commonwealth GC yesterday (9 January) 

East Geelong players featured prominently taking 3rd place in the Men's and Women's section:-

Men’s Winner: Chris Evans & Jason King (Midlands) – 47 pts
Men’s Runner-Up: Mick Jones (Moonah Links) & Tony Esplin (Forest Hill) – 45 pts
Men’s Third: Alex Nivarovich & Ryan Sealey (East Geelong) – 44 pts c/b

Women’s Winner: Cecily Pezet & Jan Kreymborg (Spring Valley) – 40 pts
Women’s Runner-Up: Anne Giddings & Rosalie Flynn (Latrobe) – 39 pts
Women’s Third: Kath Dellar & Helen Norton (East Geelong) – 37 pts c/b

A brand new Mazda3 Maxx is up for grabs for any player that scores a hole in one
on the designated par 3 at every qualifying venue and state final.
